Mental health is something that most of us will struggle with at some point in our life, and it has never been more of an issue since the global pandemic. A study conducted by Young Minds in January and February 2021 found that 67% of people between the ages of 13 and 25 believe the pandemic will have a long-term negative effect on their mental health.
At 427, we feel very strongly about doing all we can to support those with mental health, and in aid of mental health awareness week, we wanted to let you all know the great work that we’re doing with Hidden Strength.
The mental health organisation runs an amazing online platform that supports young individuals dealing with mental health problems through blogs and articles written by experienced professionals on a wide variety of pressing topics, from bullying and exams, to the after effects of lockdown. There is also an app where 13–24-year-olds can access a free portal to receive and give support to like-minded peers, as well as the possibility of receiving personal support from mental health specialists.
We feel honoured to have created their website for them and be helping with ongoing SEO for the organisation.
427 are committed to supporting both our employees and clients through any tough times they may be experiencing.
If you feel like you would benefit from some support, please take a look at the Hidden Strength website and download their app.
Stay safe and you’ve got this!
